  On 3/2/18, Steve @ Complete Wireless, Yorktown Plaza, provided excellent service (as he has on many previous occasions). On this date, he recommended a durable cell phone for my sister, particular to her needs. Further, he patiently explained to her how to use the phone. In the unique circumstances, he even assisted in entering telephone numbers in her contacts and setting up "speed dials" to make things easier for her. The service was excellent and delivered in a friendly manner. My husband established his business account at this location years ago, and we continue to return because of the level of expertise and high quality of customer service. Highly recommend Steve and the staff at this location!
