  It is not the nicest of Tops, staff and store appearance wise. The staff i interacted with that day were not that friendly. I couldn't find a single floor associate to help with locating a sale item. It wasn't a terrible visit but definitely not the experience i have at my local area Tops.

  TOPS can't compete in the grocery market as long as they ignore cleanliness in their stores. Especially in the restrooms! It's never good but today it was particularly bad. No paper in the ladies room! None anywhere! How does that happen?!
