- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 23, 2019, by Abby WoodellThey were not helpful to my mom, and even though she just wanted to reactivate her phone after it was reported stolen (it was returned) someone kept trying to sell her a new model and told her that her 1 year old phone is really old. My younger brother had to set up the phone for her. Poor customer service and trying to rip off people who aren’t tech savvy.
