  The owners have always been respectful, pleasant, and extremely helpful. I have shopped there for over 25 years and their quality has always remained exceptional. The value in what I've purchased meets or surpasses anything that a chain Jeweler would offer, and certainly the Personal Touch has always been appreciated. I have always been treated like a personal friend, and when I am there I see that they treat other customers the same. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone for any jewelry purchase whether it be estate jewelry or modern style settings. We have never had to return any item with the exception of having something sized and that has always been done with professional detail and promptness.
