  I would never ever recommend this company. We purchased a bed at our local Home Show. High pressure sales guy who assured us we could return the entire bed if we were not happy within 30 days. He talked us into signing the contract, telling us it was no problem to return the bed. We tried it for 18 days...and wanted to return it. I received an email that our salesman (after trying to call them) ,and was told he had been fired for fraudulently representing the company and we would have to pay $1470 to return the mattress and another $1470 to get another. We could not return the mechanical base at ALL!! We don't want another mattress, we just want our money back and for them to come get the bed. My phone calls go unanswered and not returned. We are now stuck with a very expensive bed that we can not sleep on. I would give them a -1 if I could.
