  Terrible service! Unacceptable! I would give them a zero stars if I could. Their service technician never showed up during the scheduled time, never called to cancell or rescheduled either. My garbage disposal that was purchased from Duggan's broke while still under warranty. I scheduled for them to come over and they gave me a 3-hour window to be home. I had to rearrange my schedule and cancel what I had planned to be home for them. Like I said no one showed up at all, not even a courtesy phone call. When I called their service department was too busy making "service calls".
