  Holiday season and 4 lanes open with a line going all the way to the back of store. Buy on line next time. I see several people in other departments doing nothing. Teach them to run a register

  Ordered a product when there was a 40% off one product promotion going on. Got an email the next day stating that due to an error on Dick's part they didn't have the product to fulfill my order. I then contacted customer service to see if they could at least get me a 40% off one item coupon to make up for their error and so I could order something else being able to take advantage of the promotion. They refused. Poor customer service.
