  I purchased the $99 interior cleaning. I live out of state and was in my Erie for thanksgiving. When my car was done I pointed out a large spot in the back seat that was missed, the guy asked me what it was and then proceeded to wipe it off. It was a food spill. It came off very easily and he couldn’t explain why his workers skipped it. As I left I noticed the steering wheel was still marked up. And when I took the floor mats out to dry them (as instructed), I noticed only the top floor mat had been cleaned. The ones piled underneath were still dirty. Unfortunately I had discovered this when I got back to VA. They cut a lot of corners here. And they really don’t try very hard. This was my first time at this place and definitely my last. Horrible job!
