  I needed 2 different 12v batteries for my ADT alarm system. I checked Batteries Plus Bulbs online, then called my local store to make certain I was ordering the correct size. In-store clerk was knowledgeable & was able to answer my questions rapidly. I completed the order online (to get the 10% discount), then went to the store a few hours later to pick-up. The store staff had my order ready to go when I arrived. I was very pleased with how easy the website was to use, the staff's knowledge, & the level of service.
