  I will update this review when this company rights their wrongs. My mother-in-law continues to have a horrible experience with this company. She ordered new furniture and it showed up not in new condition. When the sectional arrived, it was dirty, and had yellow "water marks" all over it. We also purchased a leather set for the upstairs....the chair looks worn, and the backs of both the chair and matching couch are rippled. We are so disappointed. But the most disappointing part of this whole fiasco, is when we contacted the store, Arthur F. Schultz in Erie, they told us "you have to contact the manufacturer yourself or I can email them and see if they will call you". The president of the company, John Blakeslee, was rude and condescending and is not trying to help us at all. All we want is want we paid for and we didn't pay for dirty, second-rate furniture.

  The sales woman was very straightforward and transparent with us when we were looking to purchase a new refrigerator. She didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need nor want. Unfortunately, we were unable to purchase a fridge at the time due to modern fridges being too big for the space in our 1940's era cape cod. Although we couldn't make the purchase at the time, our experience here was positive for sure.
